The heart of the Lavo range is grown in the Wellington valley, tucked between majestic mountain ranges, with a warm, Mediterranean-influenced climate, rich soils, and cooling valley breezes that allow each varietal to fully express its natural potential. These grapes are crafted at Anura Vineyards, one of Wellington's most respected estates.
The Lavo Sparkling Brut tells a different story: produced at Orange River Cellars in the Northern Cape, drawing on the unique terroir of the Green Kalahari. This is a range built on the diversity of South Africa's extraordinary winemaking regions.
